Production Times
On a regular basis our production time is approx 3 weeks (excluding rush orders and weekends Saturday and Sunday) for ALL orders to ship. This approximation DOES NOT include shipping time. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. Depending on our workload you may receive your order before this time frame, but if for any reason we see that it would be longer we will contact you at the email address you gave us at checkout. It is recommended to order 6 weeks prior to the date needed.
Rush Orders
Custom Orders with time specific or DEADLINES BEFORE 3 WEEKS NOTICE MUST BE DISCUSSED WHEN ORDERING OR PRIOR TO ORDERING to verify accommodations. If u need these accommodations to receive your order faster, you may check availability by emailing queeninnblingin@gmail.com. If so All RUSH ORDERS will be assessed a RUSH ORDER FEE. The fee will be between10-40$ depending on product and quantity and date requested. The fee ensures for your order to be fulfilled to receive prior to your deadline or event. All Rush orders are shipped 3-4 days (or sooner) prior to the date of event, unless overnight shipping is required; in which customer would be responsible to upgrade to overnight shipping which is $19.99 & up depending upon your zip code and size of your package.
